Description
Choreographer Ye Hyoseung, who has dealt with emotional expressions and movements through the medium of the body, begins a fundamental exploration of what unique and irreplaceable characteristics robots(machines) have. Starting from an intuitive observation with the theme of 'soft and hard,' the work encourages the audience's imagination using an extreme contrast between the characteristics of the skin covering the body and robots(machines). Whereas Ye's previous choreographic works focused on the expandability of the body and the friction caused by the external stimuli, this work in dance film format takes a closer and deeper look at the unique properties of the human body(skin) and machines(robots) as well as paradoxical situations.
